Ms. Betty Okere
Betty is an enthusiastic, value driven and self-motivated person. She has 10 years’ experience in Public health, Nutrition and civil society engagement in diverse setups with a great mastery in Non Communicable Diseases. She posses’ impressive qualities and skills in personnel training and immense experience in Non Communicable Diseases, IYCF and diseases prevention strategies. She is a registered member of Kenya Nutritionists and Dietetics Institute.
Betty has a passion for advancing healthy outcomes in people through prevention of non-communicable diseases and managing those already affected to contribute to low mortality and morbidity rates as a result of NCDs.
Her core specialties are M&E, Diabetes Education and Nutritional management of cardio metabolic conditions (9 years’ experience).
Betty currently consults for MP-Shah, Lions and Alliance Hospitals and runs a private consultancy clinic.
